this Tuesday, i attended an entrance examination of Senica college, which tested our mathematics and English skills. That was my first experience to take a college test, and i realized that it was not easier than entrance examination of university.
The mathematics covered mearsuring general mathematical competence with numerical concetpts, algebra and geometry, and we needed to answer its 54 questions in 40 minutes. Extually,The questions were not too hard; however, i was confused on some statements of questions.
The second part was Enlish, which occupied three-quater of entire examination. It contained reading, vocaburary and grammer. For the grammer, we needed to choose one correct sentence from four sentences; however, the reading was the most tough part because we had to read six articles with their 54 questions in 40 minutes. in addtion, the articles covered one poem, that i couldn't understand at all.
Even though i didn't do very well in that test, i has been aware of what are my weakness of studying English and how much i have improved.
storm the yard
It was a blacks dancing world. Joe and his brother brought a group with 5 members to attend a dancing game. It attracted hundreds of audience and couples of players. The game's rule was that each play group would invest hundred bucks; if who win the game, the team would get all of money. Joe and his group met a band which they were barbarism. Joe’s brother didn't like this band at all, and he wanted to give up this game; however, Joe didn't want to quit this opportunity to present himself and to win the money. They finally finished the game and got the money. Nobody knew this game would bring them a tragedy. They were attacked suddenly on their backing home way by that band who is loser. Unfortunately, Joe’s brother was shot and dead after few minutes.
Joe ran away this tragic city with regret. He entered in a new city and started to a new life, but he still couldn't forget his brother and forgive his false. He feared to dance, because he would remember his brother and remember what he did; however, his had a turning point when he met a beautiful girl. He realized that he lived in her. Joe decided to dance for attracting the girl's attention. Joe attended a school team, and in this team he tried to restraint his weakness that was too ego. In the meantime, he joined his new members, and solved his weakness.
They finally won a dancing game that the team has never imagined. In that game, Joe restrained his suffering for losing his brother, and did his best. It was an exciting movie for young people, especially for people who love dancing, because they showed wonderful skills and the whole atmosphere was very high.

how do computers affect children
just as we know, computer is one of the most popular electric technologies in the world. in generally, most famillies have one computer, and some of them have two or three computers.
computer is becoming the most important implement which can't be instead. however, computer has brought lots of disadvantages for children. i think that computer primarilly affects children the following ways.
first at all, most children spend more than 2 hours on playing computer, which affect children's health. because most children can't restraint themselves as adults, they usually play as long as they can if nobody disturb them. it doesn't only make children reduce the time of exercise; it also affect children's eyes. secondly, children who usually play computer will live on themsleves, and most of those children don't like making new friends and trying to talk. therefore, it'll immediatelly affect children's growing. finally, because of the wide internet resouces, children open any resouces if they want; or sometimes children don't know what that exactlly is, they will find out such adventies which don't good for them.
in conclusion, computer havd brought many facilies for us; however, it may bring some disadvenages for us, especilly for children. when we are using computer, maybe we should think about how to make computer safety from our chirdren.
reading 3 les miserables
les miserables is a french phrase that means people who live outside or people who live in mistery. it worte by Victor Hugo's, who interested in social justice and concerned for those" miserable" people. except les miserables, the author also wrote several novels about The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Hernani which were pretty famous in nineteenth century.
the character of les miserables was Jean Valjean, who was sentenced into prison by he had stolen a bread for nineteeth years . when he releaved from prison to a small town with few of money, nobady wanted to give him any food to eat and a place that can sleep. on his way, he was continuously rejected because of his background --stole. while Valjean felt despiaringly, there appeared a kind old man, who usually afford his house for visitors. though the old man knew Valjean who people didn't like him and feared about him, he still invited Valjean to stay about his home for free. however, Valjean escaped and stole old man's candlesticks in the mid- night. as sooner, he was cought by polices and was sent to old man in the next following day. incredibly, old man told police that Valjean was innocency. Valjean was shocked by old man's kindness, and this experience made him to change his precious opinoin which he thought that there weren't kind people in the world. after that, he decided to become a good man that could help some people who need helps.
in the next biggest story, author depicted Valjean's following life how he tried to rescue poor people after he became rich. in the one of his case, he found a little girl- Cosette whom he promised a death mother that he would protect her... and he brought her up....
actually, i am still reading this book. there appeared a somehand and shy boy who was from a rich family, but had a broken heart for his grandfather. the shy boy met the little girl-Cosette (who had grown up and was 15 years old). also, the shy boy found out that he had already loved in her. however, there was a old man- Valjean allways stayed with the girl, the boy feared that...........

Have you ever read about THE CALL OF THE WILD , a bloody and cruel story which wrote by Jack London. The author was a well-known writer in North America in the begging of 20th. At that time, there was a very popular " Gold Rush" that attracted various people to Klondike. Many people dreamed that one day they might become a rich people, and as well as Jack London. Though the dangerious travel didn't make he became a rich man, he got many experiences. Then he wrote down this book. This story's main character was a dog , Buck who was born in a rich house. When he was abducted and sold, his life totally changed. He was sold to "Gold Rush" men and was sent to North for pulling sledge. Also, there were many other dogs which had some fates as Buck. In the meantime, for the rushing men wanted dogs to submit them, they bloodly and cruelly beated dogs. Most dogs fanally had to follow those men. the whole story told lots of those greedy and heartless gold rushing men how to train the dogs become more useful, and didn't care dogs at all. however, in the story expect those heartless men, there was a kink old man in Buck's journey. They loved each other so much, so that Buck felt his life changed again. In the middle of the story, Buck didn't care his own life, tried many time to jump into cold water for saving the old man. It presented dog's loyalty and brave.
